We individually decorate  each cake with the decoration approach is less is more, however we include fresh flowers, and piping details, creating modern, show-stopping cakes that are as delightful in flavour as they are in appearance.

  Coconut sponge, malibu, coconut soak, infused nutmeg, mango compote, and cream cheese buttercream. 

CHOCOLATE FUDGE AND MISO LAYER CAKE

Chocolate fudge sponge, miso dark chocolate ganache and chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.

JAMAICAN GINGER AND PINEAPPLE CHILI LIME LAYER CAKE

Spiced ginger sponge, pineapple chilli lime marmalade and a brown butter Swiss meringue buttercream. 

LEMON OLIVE OIL AND SWEET TAMARIND LAYER CAKE

Lemon sponge, lemon and sweet tamarind curd and a zesty lemon buttercream.

Spiced rum buttered vanilla sponge, Infused cinnamon, rum syrup, and vanilla buttercream.
