FAQs
How long before an event should I order?
We recommend 2-4 weeks before.
Do you make gluten/vegan cakes?
A select range of my cakes can be made using gluten-free flour. Please note that gluten is regularly used in the kitchen. A vegan menu is on it's way soon.
How do I store my cake?
We recommend storing your cake in the fridge for the best flavour and texture. We recommend consuming your cake at room temperature. Please allow it to sit outside the fridge for at least 1/2 hours before serving. When collecting your cake on the day of your event, it is also strongly advised to ensure it is as fresh as possible. If you eat it the following day, please store it in the fridge overnight.
We recommend that cakes decorated with fresh fruits and flowers be consumed on the day they are collected or delivered.
Do you deliver?
We offer a delivery service across London. The charge will be calculated for each order depending on the distance from our kitchen in SE16. Someone must be present to accept the delivery.
Can I collect my cake?
You can collect orders from Friday 12 pm - 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 10 am -12 pm. The collection is from our kitchen in SE16. The pick-up address wil be confirmed upon confirmation of your order. We are closed for collections and deliveries on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
How do I travel with my Cake?
For the safe transportation of your cake, if you pick it up by car, it is recommended that you place it on a flat surface. The ideal location is on the floor directly behind the passenger seat, between the back and rear seats. Avoid placing your cake on a car seat or any inclined surface. For those collecting the cake on foot and planning to use public transport, take extra care to maintain the cake horizontally.
Ordering and Payment Process for Your Cake

After your enquiry, an invoice will be sent to you by email. Full payment must be made through a bank transfer to complete and confirm your order.
Allergens

We cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above. For any specific allergen queries please feel free to get in touch with us.

What Ingredients Do You Use
We believe in the importance of using high-quality and delicious ingredients for baking, as this significantly enhances the overall quality and taste of the cake.
Our cakes have fairtrade sugar, free-range eggs, French unsalted butter, and organic flour. We choose seasonal fruit from local markets, such as the London Borough Market, Peckham, and Brixton. Our spices are sourced from Brick Lane and directly imported from Grenada.
We consciously avoid using artificial colours, palm oil, vegetable oil, and sunflower oil.
